Planning Your Aulani Transfer
Arriving at HNL
After collecting your bags and clearing customs (if arriving internationally), proceed to the designated ground transportation area. Your confirmation will include specific meeting instructions. Plan for approximately 45 minutes from landing for domestic flights and 75 minutes for international arrivals before your pickup.
Departing from Aulani
For return trips to the airport, pickups are arranged at the resort's main entrance. Request your departure transfer as a separate booking to maintain scheduling flexibility. We recommend a pickup time that allows at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure for domestic flights, and 3 hours for international departures.
Families and Groups
Traveling with a larger party or significant luggage? Private transfers may be the better option, as shared rides accommodate passengers on a space-available basis. Include all passenger counts and luggage details in your booking request so the operator can confirm availability.
