Reservation Requests

All bookings submitted through this website are reservation requests, not confirmed reservations. Each request is reviewed by the operator and confirmed subject to availability, vehicle capacity, and scheduling.

Fare Acceptance

Fare estimates shown during booking are starting prices. Final confirmed fares may vary based on specific pickup/dropoff locations, timing, and any add-on services. You will be notified of the final fare during the confirmation process.

Payment and Deposits

Payment terms and deposit requirements will be communicated during the booking confirmation process. Details will be updated here once payment processing is configured.

Changes and Modifications

Requests to modify confirmed bookings should be made as early as possible by contacting us directly. Modifications are subject to availability and may affect pricing.

Flight Delays

Include your flight number in your booking. In the event of a flight delay, contact us as soon as possible. The operator will review the impact on scheduling and work to accommodate changes where feasible.

Waiting Time and No-Shows

Standard waiting time is included in your transfer. If passengers are not at the designated pickup location within the allowed window, the trip may be marked as a no-show. Specific waiting time policies will be confirmed by the operator.

Child Seats

Hawaii state law requires appropriate child restraint systems for children under certain ages. Indicate child seat requirements in your booking. Availability and terms for child seat provision will be confirmed during booking.

Luggage

Standard luggage is included. Oversized items such as surfboards, golf bags, and large equipment may incur additional charges and must be noted in the booking request to confirm fit in the vehicle.
