Cancelling a Reservation Request

Pending reservation requests that have not yet been confirmed may be cancelled without charge by contacting us.

Cancelling a Confirmed Booking

Once a booking is confirmed by the operator, cancellation terms apply. Specific cancellation timeframes and any applicable fees will be communicated during the confirmation process and updated here once finalized by the operator.

Operator-Initiated Cancellations

In the event that the operator must cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle issues, weather, safety concerns), you will be notified as soon as possible and any prepaid amounts will be fully refunded.

To cancel a reservation, contact us by phone or through the contact page, referencing your booking reference number. Earlier notice allows for better accommodation of schedule changes.
